Through 40+ years as an attorney and business advisor, Mr. Richardson helped
entrepreneurs raise private and public funding, advised growing companies and venture funds, served on the boards of venture-backed businesses, made angel investments, and served in senior management of two major law firms. He has written extensively about the entrepreneurial process and venture funding ecosystem. For 30+ years he served as an officer and director of the Southern Capital Forum, the largest association for venture and private equity investors in the Southeast, and a group he co-founded. |
